Returns

• Boomalo provides an easy and quick return in case of any delivery damage.
• You can request a return only within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• The returned products should be in their original packaging along with the actual bills, price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
• The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Boomalo to determine the legitimacy and condition of the return.
• Any products after usage in a damaged condition will not be refunded.
• It takes 3-5 working days for us to refund once the product arrives in good condition.
• You are eligible for a 100% refund in the wallet in case of delivery damage.
• Note: An amount of INR 99-/ or 10% will be deducted in case of reimbursement to the payment source.
